Collaborative Exercise Inter-laboratory comparisons that are designed to address specific issues such as troubleshooting, method validation or characterisation of reference materials. Collaborative Exercises are not designed to monitor laboratory performance of analysis or interpretation, but Collaborative Exercises may include monitoring.

This exercise has been set-up in accordance with the ‘Guidance on the Conduct of Proficiency Tests and Collaborative Exercises within ENFSI’, such that:

  • The identity of all participants will remain anonymous.
  • All information supplied by the participant to the Provider will be treated as confidential.
  • The trial has been designed to be fair and realistic.
  • We aim to provide useful and timely feedback on performance to all participants.
  • The examinations and analysis should be conducted in compliance with your organisation’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Any deficiencies in performance should be addressed by the participant’s organisation.
